Privacy statement

What I do with your information.

Your Anthesis processes personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (AVG in Dutch). This page explains what is collected, why, and what you can ask me to do about it.

Last updated: [date]. This is a working draft: have it checked before you publish.

The essentials.

Who is responsible

Your Anthesis, Marco [surname], [address], Utrecht, the Netherlands. KvK [number]. Contact: hello@youranthesis.nl.

What I collect

Your name and contact details, what you tell me when you get in touch, brief session notes, and invoicing details. Session notes are kept to the minimum needed to work well with you.

Why

To arrange and deliver sessions under our agreement, to invoice you, and to meet Dutch tax record-keeping obligations. Sensitive information, including anything about health, sexuality or gender identity, is processed only because you have chosen to share it in the course of the sessions.

Who else sees it

Nobody, other than service providers who process data on my behalf under a processing agreement, such as email, video-calling and accounting software. I do not sell data and I do not share it for marketing. Legal exceptions are limited to situations of immediate serious danger, as set out in your agreement.

How long I keep it

Session notes are kept for [X] years after the last session and then deleted. Invoices and financial records are kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how it is used, or receive a copy. Email me and I will respond within a month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.
