Last updated: [date]. This is a working draft: have it checked before publishing.
Who is responsible
Your Anthesis, Marco [surname], [address], Utrecht, the Netherlands. KvK [number]. Contact: hello@youranthesis.nl.
What I collect
Your name and contact details, what you tell me when you get in touch (including through the contact form), brief session notes, and invoicing details. Session notes are kept to the minimum needed to work well with you.
Why
To arrange and deliver sessions under our agreement, to invoice you, and to meet Dutch tax record-keeping rules. Sensitive information, including anything about sexuality, health or gender identity, is processed only because you choose to share it in the course of our sessions.
Who else sees it
Nobody, apart from service providers who process data on my behalf under a processing agreement: Netlify, which hosts this website and receives messages sent through the contact form, and email, video-call and accounting software. I don't sell data or use it for marketing. Legal exceptions are limited to situations of immediate serious danger, as set out in your agreement.
How long I keep it
Session notes are kept for [X] years after the last session and then deleted. Invoices and financial records are kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict how it's used, or receive a copy. Email me and I'll respond within a month. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
