Rates and sliding scale
Packages are paid in advance, so you know the total before you start. Single sessions are available at the full rate.
No VAT is charged under the small business scheme (KOR).
Sliding scale
Every package has a few places at a reduced rate for people on low incomes: for example students and people between permits. Tell me on the intro call what you can pay. There's no form and no proof to show.

Payment and cancellation
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or iDEAL against an invoice. Packages are paid in full before the first session. If paying upfront isn't possible, you can book single sessions and pay each one in advance. No card details are handled on this website.
What if I need to cancel a session?
Cancel or move it at least 24 hours ahead and it costs nothing. Later than that, the session counts as used and is charged.
Can I get a refund on a package?
In principle, no: a package is a commitment on both sides. In exceptional situations, such as serious illness or a big change in circumstances, we find a solution together, like transferring the remaining sessions to someone else or a partial refund. The details are in the agreement you get before we start.
Will my insurance pay?
Usually not. Counselling falls outside the basic Dutch insurance. Some supplementary policies cover a few sessions, and employers or universities sometimes pay for career coaching. I can provide an invoice.
Why isn't the intro call free?
A small fee makes it a real appointment for both of us. And it comes off the price if you continue.
